We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us if we made a mistake on our end, and we will correct the error. If you simply decide that you don't want the product, please contact us and we will happily process the return (you will need to pay for return shipping). 

Note that personalized items are non-returnable, unless we made a mistake on the order.
