Tell Me About Shipping...

We ship within 24 hours of ordering Monday - Friday. FREE 2-6 day USPS Ground shipping is used. An option is available to upgrade to 3 day UPS.

Can I Return My Order?

Non-personalized products are gladly accepted for returns for 30 days to the following address. Please include your order number in the return package. Personalized products are non-returnable unless we are at fault. If you ever have a problem with your order, please let us know so we can help! Email for help: info@rocketbug.com

Do you offer bulk discounts?

If you are interested in buying multiples, please contact us at info@shoprocketbug.com for us to provide a quote.  We will gladly provide a bulk discount.

Are your graphics printed in-house or POD (print on demand)?

Everything is printed in-house by us, so we can insure quality and provide speedy shipping.

Where do your blanks come from?

The majority of our base products are designed by us and made especially for us. We have partnered with an upstanding manufacturer who helps us maintain the highest quality level. We source a few of our blank products from Rabbit Skin as well.
